Shipping Information

All shipping options for your delivery address are displayed at checkout, along with the exact prices.

Orders are baked fresh and shipped 1–2 business days after being placed.

We ship via UPS and USPS. Most orders arrive within 1–3 business days after shipping.

Once you place your order, you’ll immediately receive an email with your order confirmation. You’ll receive another email when your order has shipped, which will have the link to your tracking number.

All cookies are baked to order and carefully packaged. In warmer months, cookies may arrive slightly warm but remain safe to eat. We do not ship with ice packs.

Pickup Information

Local Pickup Information

Local pickup is available at checkout.
Local pickup orders will be emailed with detailed pickup instructions once the order is ready.

Orders are prepared in small batches and generally take 2–3 business days to prepare.

Pickup Day & Time:
Fridays | 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Please arrive during the pickup window listed above. When you arrive, follow the instructions provided in your pickup confirmation email. Kindly allow a few minutes for your order to be brought out.

Important Pickup Policy

Orders must be picked up during the scheduled pickup window.
Refunds will not be issued for orders not picked up during the designated time.

If you are unable to make the pickup window, you may request to have your order shipped instead. Please call us at (281) 671 - 7840, and we’ll be happy to assist.
